The following are requirements to be a Executive Hometender:

Your style, flair and furniture to turn these vacant houses into a valued homes.

Be able to keep house in “model home” condition

Must take care of all lawn, pool maintenance of home on a regular basis.

Must cooperate with and be flexible for Realtor showings.

No pets and no smoking.

Must carry applicable renters insurance.

Must be ready to move when the house sells. Another home should be available for you to move in to.
