After my husband had passed away, I had decided to move back home to be closer to my family. Selling the house was hard enough, but the thought of selling off all the things we had collected over the years was heart breaking. My Realtor had told me about home tending, and I was able to find Executive Hometenders right here in San Antonio.
Their website was so beautiful and easy to read. I called Veronica, and she walked me through the life of a home tender. What I thought was going to be difficult, turned out to be a godsend. I was able to keep all of my beautiful things, and Veronica was able to show me how to arrange and decorate a home tended house. She made my beautiful furniture look so elegant.
After a little coaching and simple ready to show steps, I was able to transition right away into the life of a home tender. It wasn’t much different from when I staged our house to sell in Colorado. I now live in a larger house than what I had sold, and the monthly cost just amazes. I didn’ t have to spend any of our savings, and I’m living in such a beautiful home and what a great neighborhood.

Thank you both so much for everything! I am working here in San Antonio contractually with a local company. I also have a fully furnished home in North Carolina that I of course want to keep. Working with Executive Hometenders, I am able to live in a beautiful home affordably during my stay here.
When I first arrived here, I was stuck in an apartment. Needless to say, the quality of life wasn’t great. Veronica & Guy, we just wanted to say thank you. When we first moved to San Antonio from Utah, we didn’t want to buy something right away. We looked at rental houses, but they were either not that great or very expensive. The homes you’ve provided us to live in have be so wonderful, we are going to continue in your program for a while longer.
